Dave is a lecturer (retired) with the largest university in Ireland - Technological University Dublin.
Prior to his academic career, Dave spent 20 years in the software development industry as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager and was responsible for the implementation of major projects with some of the worlds largest companies, including Business Process Improvement projects.
He has over 20 years teaching experience, is passionate about the use of online technologies for teaching and is an expert in MOS curriculums and MOS teaching. He was responsible for the implementation of the Microsoft Office Specialist programme for Technological University Dublin.
Dave has been developing online video based materials for his students for many years, recognizing the potential to allow students with busy lives to learn at times and in places, that suit them - students just like you!
As well as designing online training courses in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook, Dave is a specialist in BPMN 2.0, Business Process Improvement, Microsoft Visio Professional and Microsoft Project.

Ann is also a retired lecturer with the largest university in Ireland, the Technological University Dublin. She was responsible for the implementation of the Microsoft Office Specialist programme for that university.
She has immense industrial and business training experience, in addition to over 25 years teaching experience in university level education.
Ann is an expert in the use of online technology for the development of technology and problem solving skills. She is also an expert in MOS curriculums and MOS teaching.

She is an expert in the use of online technology for the development of technology and problem solving skills. Ann's expert subjects are Business Analysis, Electronic Business and
she is also an expert in MOS curriculums and MOS teaching.
Ann has coached hundreds of students successfully through the MOS Certification Exams at both Associate and Expert Levels.
